What happens in a personal session?
When I open a session, much more information becomes available about the energetic system and situation of a person. When necessary, I see into higher planes and listen to what is being cleared energetically. I know what happened, and feel the energies, but not always, in my own system.
Apart from that, I also use my intuition and listen to what is being said in the higher realms, and I use sacred geometry to align body, mind and soul. It is possible that details about this or other incarnations come up, about ancestoral lineages, the soul or else when necessary.
During the session earthern energies, solar, galactic, cosmic and universal energies are employed – and thus the healing goes through all levels and layers of the system.
This is what basically happens in a session to resolve, clear, release, activate and realize everything that is needed to at that moment in the system.
Effects & Benefits
- Every session also activates the intuitive abilities, your inner guidance, inner sight, and seeing/hearing/feeling as much as the body& soul are allowing and wanting to.
- There is a restorative effect that balances and restores the mental emotional system, and helps to rebuild the nervous system, amplifying inner balance and harmony.
- The mental landscape is slowly being rebuilt which supports managing the mind, and results in greater wellbeing.
- It is a session that helps restore, rebalance and generate new insights on the soul level. This is the profound transformation that happens: superior to the mental plane, it works directly on the soul level, lower levels and above.

Dear Charis, the session yesterday did me a world of good.
I slept right through the night—for the first time in many weeks!
I’m curious to see what else will unfold.
Thank you!

“Thank you for the deep transformative healing. During the healing I felt very peaceful, and moving beyond time and space. I had a pain in my lower left abdomen in the beginning which completely vanished during the healing!
I felt my inner body expanding, inner spaciousness. It felt like floating in space and my body felt very soft with inner glow. I felt like Mother Earth or the Great Mother was embracing me with infinite love! My Soul was reconnected to the soul of the Great Mother and I was in so much joy! I had deep insights emerging after the healing as well. Thank you so much. In deep gratitude, Theodosia.

“Dear Charis,
Since the healing and meditation, a real knot has come loose. It is still dissolving. I can actually feel it moving upwards, and it is also linked to various thoughts that simply need to be forgiven. Everything is becoming much lighter, and so many things are resolving on their own, as if by magic. I am very grateful.
— TINA Petri, Germany
I felt very much at ease and truly supported in your hands. This morning, I feel lighter; I feel grounded. Yesterday, I was able to effortlessly embody a sense of calm and neutrality—both within myself and in my external interactions—and share that energy with the world. This allowed me to create wonderful moments for my family and myself. I was already able to incorporate the ideas we discussed later on into my daily routine today. Regarding my entire system, I feel more rested this morning and experience a greater sense of ease in simply being who I am. My pelvic floor also feels more stable, which is a real relief. Plus, I slept better last night than I have in a long time. I offer my heartfelt thanks to you. Heart to heart, Katrin
